Rates

Our Standard VACATION RENTAL Cleaning Rates are:

  • Ohana/Cabin - $60
  • 1 bedroom / 1 or 2 baths - $80
  • 2 bedroom / 1 0r 2 baths - $100
  • 3 bedroom / 2 or more baths - $120
  • 4 or more bedrooms / baths - $140

         *prices may vary due to size of the house

For private homes and businesses:

  • $40/hr
  • We always send 2 staff members for a thorough efficient clean

Realtors:

  • Itemized billing
  • Invoicing available through email
  • Special Rates!

Pressure Washing - some prices may vary due to size of areas needing attention:

  • Siding - starting at $75
  • Concrete Driveways, sidewalks, etc - starting at $60
  • Catchment tanks -  starting at $50 
  • Roofing - starting at $150

Lawn Care - rates vary due to size of yard. Service available from mowing to complete landscaping:

  • Monthly rates available - starting at $75
  • Monthly service includes mowing, weeding, and trimming
  • Landscaping - $25/hr
  • One time lawn service - $20/hr

 

Other Special Services: 

  • Propane Tank Exchange - $15 + cost of tank
  • Gutter Cleaning - starting at $40 
  • Trash Removal - $10
  • Restocking (toiletries, light bulbs, batteries etc) - ask about monthly rates!
  • Water Filter Replacement - $15 + cost of filters
  • Furniture Treatment (fabric shampoo, wood refinishing, painting etc.) -      rates vary
  • Painting/Sealing - prices vary due to size.
  • Replace Rotting Decking or Railing - prices vary.
